Application and Approval
·  Call either Fran or Bryan Wickenhauser to discuss     your needs
·  Click on the button on the left of your screen and complete the application form
·  Expect a personal and timely answer to your request
      
Program Details
·  Either Bryan or Fran will discuss lease terms and available options
·  You pick the program that best fits your budget and requirements
  
Choosing Your Equipment
·  Select your vendor(s) and choose your equipment
·  A single lease schedule containing multiple vendors is not a problem
·  Midwest Leasing will send via FAX or Express delivery appropriate Lease Documents
·  You OK and send the Lease Document to us.
·  A Purchase Order for your equipment is issued to your vendor(s)
  
Commencing the Lease
·  Your equipment will be delivered and installed
·  You make sure it is performing to your expectations
·  You tell us to start the lease and release funds to   vendor(s)
·  We agree on your first payment date and start the lease
·  Your new equipment starts to pay for itself
